About Us
NexGen was started by hands-on architects with years of experience designing systems for large organisations. They had watched the same pattern repeat: technology programmes that succeeded when senior architects owned the work directly, and programmes that drifted when delivery was handed to rotating teams with no single owner of the design.
So the firm was built the other way around. A senior architect is named to every engagement and stays accountable for the design and the outcome from first conversation to handover. Nothing is sub-contracted away from that accountability.
The second change came with AI. Rather than adding AI as a tool people occasionally reach for, we rebuilt how we deliver around it. Every person on a project now works alongside an AI agent that carries the full weight of their work, and every stage passes through a named human approval before it moves on. That combination is what lets us deliver in weeks what traditional delivery takes quarters to do, without giving up the oversight that regulated clients depend on.
